Clouds by Night were formed in 2004 in Athens, Greece by Manolis (Vocals, Keyboards, Programming) and George (Guitars, Bass).
4 track Demo CD entitled "Waves of Emptiness" was released in the Summer of 2005 and aquired positive reviews and comments.
Following the demo release Clouds by Night aquired new members and started performing their music live in various places around Athens.
Among these shows Clouds by Night performed in Playhouse Gotique n.2 Festival with other bands from the Greek dark scene and as an opening act for Star Industry with great success.
The current line up is:
Manolis - Vocals, Keyboards, Programming
George - Guitars
Panagiotis - Bass Guitar
Sophia - Vocals
Vasilis - Guitars
Their music borrows it's core from the Gothic Rock genre but instead of simply recreating the sound, Clouds by Night mix it with dark metal elements and filter their sound through their individual artistic ideas thus achieving a personal sound and taking a step forward.
