FREE DJ Fader
In July of 2004 one of our co-founders and strongest supporters, DJ Fader was sentenced to five years in a Florida State Prison for removing a firearm from an individual who has just shot two bouncers at a Tampa night club. In doing so we believe DJ Fader just may have stopped many others from also suffering the same fate as the two bouncers. For this, Anthony Othouse (DJ Fader) was charged with "Tampering with physical evidence" and "Accessory to Murder in the first" and "Accessory to Attempted Murder in the first". The charge of "Tampering with physical evidence " was later dropped which left Fader as only the second person to be charged in the state of Florida as an accessory while not actually being involved in the original crime ,simply because he didn't show remorse according to Judge who sentenced him.
