Why this name?
Funk and Soul are my favourite music genres and Funk Station seemed like cool name.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It changes it a lot.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.
Band History:
I started to make music from about my 17 yr. on ps1 program Music 2000,now I make music on Reason 3.
Your influences?
I am mainly influenced with 60/70/80's soul,funk,jazz and fusion music but also with some artists from other genres.
Some of them are Barry White,George Benson,Marvin Gaye,Isaac Hayes,Lamont Dozier,Bobby Womack,Chris Rea,Engelbert Humperdinck,Robert Palmer,Stanley Clarke,Lonnie Liston Smith,Deodato,Quincy Jones,E.W.& F,The Temptations,Spinners,Instant Funk,Cameo,AWB,The Crusaders,The Bar Kays,The Isley Brothers,Maze and many more.
