Name – Ashley Banks – Aka, Banksy
Hometown – Hull, England
Banksy, who first realised his passion for music only about a year ago started by writing lyrics and receiving feedback from other artists that he spoke with back in the day. He eventually saw a desire to start and record those lyrics that had encrypted in his note book instead of them being sat there being desirable. Banksy then eventually started receiving beats off producers online and started to write to them and try and improve & ignite his skills, and still to this day he is trying his best to improve everything he has worked towards, just to hopefully impress the people around him one day with a talent he has worked so hard for.
Banksy comes from a country where hip-hop isn’t recognised much, and coming from a tiny little city inside of this country its hard for him to gain exposure and to even find people locally that perform his type of music to work with.
Banksy is currently looking for collaborations as he is soon to be working towards his debut album or/and mixtape, artists from all genres will feature i.e. hip-hop, soul, R&B.
