Welcome to TdotProductions. We are an independent group who mainly focus on making lyrically strong hip hop records. But also simple records that commercial audiences can bounce to. We bring it all from partying and bullshit to real life issues. We are affiliated with FallBAck Entertainment. In for the record the ill lyricist that you hear on Fallback as Young Fire is aka The Boi Kali of TdotProductions. We are here to make u bounce...make you move...make u get crunk...so feel our shit....u dont really have a choice. But we'll let our music speak for itself.
Why this name?
We chose the name Tdot productions because it was catccy n it stuck with us. Tdot is actually our main producer aka T. Diddy by me. We agreed on the name Tdot productions for the simple fact that he had a stronger foundation as a producer and ceo since his dad Arto Tuncboiyachan is the man overseas in Armenia.We will soon be gettin the label off the ground. so HOLLA at us.
Do you play live?
At the moment we are not playing live. we are makin sure we lock our area down. which we are doing rapidly. But I see a show for us very soon in the near future. So in the New York New Jersey area be expecting somethin from us.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps with exposure but it can also be risky and lead to piracy and fake rappers trying to steal art or portray false images. but thats life.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We all intend to sign with a major label as a second or last resort. We have a masterplan in motion so we will see how everything unfolds. As far as signing goes. Thats all about the paper.
Your influences?
All the pioneers influnced us. Of all types of music not jus rap. Or Other producer Khords hes the real soulful dude of the bunch. Hes into prince n guys like that. which brings an original sound out of his music. Jus follow the moves to say the least.
Favorite spot?
My favorite spot is about my pad wit a pen in my hand. My favorite city would have to be nyc.
