Not many bands are found in a youthful high-spirit and last that long. SECONDFUNCTION is one of the bands that survived puberty and developed their own personality and style of music.
Back in 1995, the three musicians Flo (vocals / guitar), Sascha (Bass) and Monti (Drums) where just 14 years old, when they found SECONDFUNCTION.
At the beginning, they were influenced by many bands. But they found their own way very quickly and wrote song after song. SECONDFUNCTION performed their songs, which had already their own characters, in many famous local venues.

Since 1995 they released 3 EPs and one full length album which gains a lot of respect from their fan community.
The years 2002 and 2003 where definitely the years with the most highlights. These were the years when they released “A Day In A Lifetime” (a 6 track EP) and “Between The Lines” (Full length album). With these records they draw the attention of VANS SHOES and CARHARTT CLOTHING to their music.

At the end of 2003 their long time drummer Monti quit the band and was replaced by Luki.
Luki is the perfect replacement for Monti and he will share the future ways with Flo and Sascha.
