Deanero is a rapper from Southbury, CT. I produce beats and rap. If you want any beats contact me for consultation. I raps on anything so if you need a spot to fill contact me too!
Why this name?
I choose this name as a part of myself. I am rich inside and my name has connection to that richness- money in Spanish.
Do you play live?
I played live once and was well recieved by the audience. That is what gave me the motivation to keep going forward. I will be touring the U.S. after I am done with my first solo studio album.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet gives artists a further oppurtunity to showcase their talent. As far as downloading music for free, I am for it. Sometimes you just need to hear a song that second.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely as soon as possible. I am currently hunting right now.
Band History:
Music is my life. Growing up listening to modern alternative rock and punk, I strived away from rap. I played the piano, sax and drums since age 3. A simple action during my sophomore year in high school brought me into the 'game.' A bet with a friend that I couldn't rap well propelled me to proove him wrong. After recording 4 bootleg songs, my school began to chat and asked to listen. It was an instant hit throughout the high school. I then became interested in making the beats. Using my knowledge of music that I have had my whole life in combination with my computer skills I developed the perfect equation for beat production. Since then I have shaped myself into a first-class rapper/producer.
Your influences?
Deanero was influenced by Kanye West. He is an amazing producer and rapper and the biggest influence on me. Other influences include 50, Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Mobb Deep, Mos Def, Freeway, Fabolous, Nas, 2Pac, B.I.G., Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Pharell and the Neptunes, Wu Tang Clan, Mike Jones, Paul Wall, Slim Thug and Swishahouse, Lil' Wayne, Birdman, Ludacris, T.I.P.
Favorite spot?
Burlington, VT and Pittsburg, PA
Equipment used:
I have a DELL Latitude D810, FL Studio V 5.9 producer edition and a cheap ass mic. But I go to my friends studios to make music whenever I want. They have: Roland MV 8000, Roland MV 2400, Akai MPC 1000
