Elvis Presley Lives Up A Tree
a two piece band made up of well established solo singer songwriters from the northern part of Ireland, but we thought one night after a few too many that we'd let our hair down (well one of us would the others going bald and hes only in his 30s) and this is the result!
Why this name?
god only knows where the name came from. although to be honest there is a story behind it but you have to buy the book to find out

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
well it converts your songs into mp3s doesnt it
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
been there done that. we are f***ing loaded so we dont need them anymore
Band History:
well it all started about 12 cans into a carry out. we were getting bored stuffing Man Utd on the ps2 so we got out the guitars and decided to make up stuff as we went along and a band was born. Weve played on the same card as Buddy Holly, Marc Bolan, John Lennon, Kurt Kobain and thought we must be a jinx as these guys all died.
So we played with Vanilla Ice but it looks like the jinx wore off

Your influences?
dunno about music but lager and stout are a big influence and a wee gin and bitter lemon if we are feeling cheeky
Favorite spot?
speaking for only one of us here, my favourite spot has to be the one on my arse!
