Leases are $40 per beat, or $100 for 3 beats. some of the older beats can be leased for $25. When you lease a beat, you get the mp3 quality version of the beat, and can use it for one profitable release, such as your mixtape or album. you can also use it for shows. however, i can still lease or sell exclusive rights to the beat to someone else.

Exclusive rights are anywhere from $100+. Contact me for pricing and package deals. If you buy the exclusive rights, you get the beat in either a tracked out wav file, or highest quality mp3, whichever you prefer. The beat is yours, and you can use it on your album, mixtape, or anything else other than reselling it as your own.
