Why this name?
Whilst Lois and Peter were walking down Windsor High Street, they saw some anti-pigeon spikes on top of the post office. We love pigeons though really.
Do you play live?
We play regularly at Windsor Arts Centre, as well as playing well received headline gigs in Camden, North London
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps to get many new bands heard and allows people who otherwise would not be able to listen or contact a band. We think it is a valuable tool in the step to recognition and development.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We would prefer to be signed to an independent label, though we'll sign to anything really.
Band History:
Luke, Peter and Lois have known each other since early childhood at a local primary school. Lois has been in several previous bands playing bass but now plays electric guitar with the Anti Pigeon Device.
Your influences?
Our influences include Blur, the Clash, the Buzzcocks, the Sex Pistols, the Libertines, Suede, the Subways, Alkaline Trio, Rancid, The Cure, Maximo Park, Mansun, Manic Street Preachers and the Kaiser Chiefs.

Favorite spot?
Our favourite cities include Brighton, London and Lois' hometown Windsor.
Equipment used:
We all use Marshall amplification, Lois uses a Fender Standard Telecaster and an Epiphone Accubass or a Wesley JBC32. Peter uses a Sony microphone and his voicebox. We now have a concertmate keyboard, which is about the size of the average lap.
