Welcome to the Rude Corps Archive. This is a collection of some of my earlier work. The tracks here are just some of the highlights and personal favourites from an unreleased mass of tapes that I compiled between 1997 and 2004. The oldest tracks here date back to 1996. I've decided to put them up here for a couple of reasons:

1) so people can hear for themselves how my sound has developed - which elements have faded away and which have remained;
2) to give you a laugh.

The bulk of these songs were written on a four-track program called OctaMED, a tracker on the Amiga, so some of them are a bit rough. There are also tracks from two albums I did with Cubase - incidentally, those albums are called "Get Up And Do Something" & "Mo' Manik Cuts". You'll easily recognise the tracks anyway, as they are a lot more refined than the OctaMED ones, plus they absolutely reek of cheap MIDI...

Anyway, have a good rake through them and maybe you'll find something you like...
