Why this name?
Our name is The Understood. Sometimes it seems like very few people in this world understand why we do the things we do, and say the things we say. Some will never know... But we will keep living our lives for Christ, because no matter how screwed up, weird, stupid, unlike everyone else we may bay, HE understands us. Even when we get cursed, abused, taken advantage of, and scorn for what we are, we will still praise his name, because in the end (and even right now), it's all worth it. Will you be understood with us?
Do you play live?
Yep. Local venues. One time I (Dave) scratched me crouch in the middle of a worship song. Haha, I was so embarissed.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Its awesome. It makes it so easy to hear cool new music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. Just so more people would be able to hear our music.
Band History:
Steve Nolte and I (Dave) have known each other since age 5. We met the other two guys a year or two ago. That is pretty much it.
