The Jason Blues Band is currently a one man show (that's me, Jason Blue). I'm singing, playing guitar & bass and using garageband drum loops. Currently my recordings are through garageband. I don't have any originals yet. Influences are Hendrix, Billy Gibbons and SRV. Hope you like the music.
Why this name?
The name came naturally.
Do you play live?
I don't currently play live but plan to in the future when time permits.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I love the internet because it gives me the oportunity to have my music heard by more people.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course; but only the right contract.
Band History:
No real history. I got a mac last year and started using it to record my music at home.
Your influences?
Hendrix, Billy Gibbons and SRV.
Favorite spot?
Summer in Richmond, VA and Winter in Naples, FL.
