Bullet Called Life hails from Oak Lawn, Illinois. Back in the day, they were called Desiderata and played some shows. Then they went to college. 3 members go to University of Illinois where they hope to play a show one day. The other goes to Elmhurst college and remains in Oak Lawn, where they also hope to play a show one day.
Do you play live?
We play around Chicago and Urbana sporadically. Check the site for upcoming shows. We're also a staple at the legendary Giertugafest where we get paid well every summer, probably because it's Hosek's aunts party. Hey, don't knock it, there's at least 200 drunk people every year that we entertain.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It lets everybody hear us significantly easier.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.

Everything from Zeppelin to Parliament to Ramones to System of a Down to Wu-tang Clan to Red Hot Chili Peppers to Miles Davis to Public Enemy to Jimi to Metallica to Elvis Costello. As to what we sound like...well that's hard to explain...
