Artist name is Shazman. Im 23 years young 'n promotin some of my tracks. Born in Well Tank, Guyana but now livin in Amsterdam, Holland.

Why this name?
My real name is Shaz. And because we caribbean alwayz seh "man" at the end of every sentence, my friendz just added man at the end .. startin to call me Shazman...
Do you play live?
I do live performance. Performed a lot in tha past, nuttin too big, but I got some shows comin up...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
A lot...I think internet gives people like myself the oppertunity to spread my skills and at the same time learn from others...its good cause we all workin hard and dont alwayz have the money to invest...i-net is for free...so it should be well appreciated by every artist out there...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If I can get a good deal, why not!!!! THEY can alwayz KNOCK.....

Born and raised in Well Tank, Guyana. Around the age of 11 i alwayz tried to write poems..after i came to holland at age 12 i kept on writin poems. I started writing songs wen i was 15. Since then, i've been trying to develop myself lyricly and vocally. A lot more performances expected next year .. i'll keep soundclick up to date...

Your influences?
Well...from birth i've been listenin to artists like Beenie Man/Buju Banton/Terror Fabulous/Mad Cobra/Bob Marley...so its strickly dancehall reggae....but i've learn a great deal workin with rap artists and even spittin my dancehall flows on rap/hip hop beats now...and it sounds pretty good so im tryin to extend my horizon....
Favorite spot?
My favourite spot on earth is my hometown Well Tank in GUYANA...its a place where i can rest my mind...u know...just me 'n the jungle...very peacefull....
