This is the aria or ground movement of the 30 variations that make up Bach's Goldberg Variations.
Sonata No.14 in c sharp minor “Moonlight” (adagio sostenuto)
Written by Chopin while on the island of Majorca. George Sand named this tune against Chopin's wishes.
Though written to be played prestissimo, most people play this tune too fast. This version is probably too slow, but at least you'll hear all the notes.
Heller was a contemporary of Chopin.
This is the short version like what you hear on Vince Guaraldi's recording for 'Merry Christmas Charlie Brown.' I'll change it to the full version at a later date.
Sonata No. 8 in c minor “Pathetique” (adagio cantabile)
First tune from Bach's 'Well Tempered Clavier' Book I
Two Part Invention No.1 in C
From 'The Little Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach'
Two Purcell tunes played back-to-back.
Sonatina No.3, Op.36 (un poco adagio)
Ballade Op.100 No.15 (allegro con brio)
From Woodland Sketches
Theme from Antonin Dvorak's New World Symphony played on a Yamaha PSR-273 with strings simulator.
