MEDIUS is balls to the wall, unrelenting metal. They don't pull any punches or soften up just to be appealing to the masses. MEDIUS makes music for true heavy metal fans that want true heavy metal music. They've been together for only a few months and have already accomplished more together than any one of the members had with previous projects. They've just begun terrorizing the San Diego, California area with their tunes, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Band History:
Some weird stuff happened to lead to the forming of MEDIUS. Trevor and Spencer are brothers, and had tried for years to find talented dudes to form a no b.s. band, but were met with difficulty (looking for a band/band members sucks).The drummer, Troy, was the former drummer for another local band by the name of King E. After leaving King E he auditioned for another local band, Thunderhed. Not long after, that band had broken up leaving him looking for another project. He noticed an ad put out by Spencer and ended up jamming with 'em that same week. Two weeks after that, Jake responded to the bassist ad they had put in the paper, and as luck would have it, he was also a member of Thunderhed and had jammed with Troy before, however neither of them knew about the other at first, since they both joined through ads put out by Spencer. This was ultimately how the band was formed. After the second time jamming, everything "clicked" in a big way. Everyone's on the same page and committed to one goal: Make unrelenting, unapologetic, ruthless metal in it's purest form! There's no filler or watering down in anything MEDIUS does. It's pure and uncut metal.....GET ADDICTED!
