mad at my mom
hello! my name is ron. Im a solo artist. I play anything to hip-hop to alternative to punk to christian. I play any type of music but the exception of country. Countrys okay.. but it sounds weird to me..
Do you play live?
I play with my church youth band and I play with CCHS JAZZ BAND.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
shure, but im not paying! haha
Band History:
I've been playing drumset since I was 10. Young Yah! den I went into bass and guitar when I was 13 or 14. When I play my first ever guitar performance which was at church.. It sounded pretty ugly. HAHA I so SUCK!!!
Your influences?
TONY ROSTER ROCKS MY SOCKS!! haha TRAVIS BAKER IS GOOD ALSO.. BUT MIKE IS THE BEST.. I LOVE DREAM THEATER..
Favorite spot?
I dont know, I dont travel. I only traveled out to L.A. with CCHS/RICHGROVE Jazz Latino Band. My first ever performance at C.A.B.E. it was exciting. Then local performances at CCHS and Delano Relay for life.
Equipment used:
I use a cheap Pacific EZ drumset with evans heads all over.
Evans G2 heads on the top and stock heads on the bottom for toms. Evans G2 coatted for my snare and stock head for the bottom. Evans EQ4 batter and EQ2 resonant for the bass drum.
By the ringing of my cymbals you can tell its cheap because it is! lol. I use 14" and 16" SABIAN B8 crashes, 22" B8 Ride, 14" high-hats, and 14" wuhan china cymbal.
To record I use anything from my computer to a radio with recording on it.. haha I know im poor!
From all that I got a pretty sweet sounding drumset that I didnt even spend alot of money on.
