It was based on a very black period in my life that was full of fear, sorrow and pain!(lol) Actually Mark was watching MTV one morning looking at band names and said look at all the different words in these names. Agony, pain, fear, wrecked, sorrow, and the list went on. We decided that "Fear of Sorrow" kind of fit the style of music we were writing. Very dark, sad and worrysome.

It's a real bonus for us musicians who have to work a full time job, and don't have the extra time to promote the band as we would like. This helps bring it right into the homes and offices of people around the world. I'd say that's cool!

I stopped at my local music store a few years ago and ran into an old friend who is an excellent drummer (Mark Pantaleo). It had been a long time since we jammed together and decided it was high time to do so. We called another old buddy who plays bass guitar (Tim Glitch)and got together to form this band. It was Just a couple of good friends getting together a few years ago.

We have always liked bands like "Alice in Chains", "Pantera", "Ozzy" and "Aerosmith". But there way too many to list.
