New Album + New Web Site!
New web site design to coincide with the beginning of work on the new album, it’s been a long time coming but it should be worth the wait. All previous works are detailed and available on the Media links both above and below. Enjoy.
Stage6 to shut down!
According to an announcement by Spinner, an employee of DivX Inc - “I won't (and can't, really) go into too much detail on those first two options other than to say that we tried really hard to find a way to keep Stage6 alive, either as its own private entity or by selling it to another company. Ultimately neither of those two scenarios was possible, and we made the hard decision to turn the lights off and cease operation of the service.”
So as of this point Tag28s videos will be moving onto Veoh Networks - www.veoh.com. So watch this space and the media page for a link to our area on there.
DVD Coming Soon
Tag28 DVD is in production, this will feature the entire discography from the Tag28 library, with some lovely shockingly delightful videos to accompany them. Previews available at www.stage6.com/user/Tag28 (log-in to see the 18+ content).

T.I.B.B. was originally envisaged in the dark past of the year 2001. Created as a hardcore band to combat the unending tide of lame bands that were prevalent in England at this time. after much effort from the parties involved; hardcore was abandoned and the band focused more on electronic music, as it was generally more reliable and effective creating the moods that were desired. After a shake-up to the line-up, removing all but two of the original members and a name change, tag 28 was born.
Concentrated on a more focused sound, with new ideas, new equipment and a new mantra, to challenge traditional views on music and expression. Achieving this through the use of samples, electronic processing, standard instruments, and many hours of processing in the studio.
Nowadays tag 28 has altered direction again. Now it is more focused on a more pure form of electronic music. Traditional instruments are still employed but are generally heavily processed for just the right sound. Tag 28 are also
concentrating more on things such as gaming tracks and video creation.
With another web site design update, Sampler the album has been released and received well by all that have sampled it, currently work is being conducted on a DVD and a new album as yet un-named.

Why this name?
After an independant film that was the inspiration for 28 days later.
Do you play live?
No - we prefer to create music without the constraints of having to recreate it live with potentially unreliable equipment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes less money for asshats like Simon Cowell :)
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the conditions were beneficial enough to Tag 28 to be worth selling out for then sure.
Your influences?
KMFDM, Skinny Puppy, Horror Films, all other kinds of crap
Equipment used:
Korg/Mission/BOSS/Evolution/Reason 3.0
