we are four boys who have played together for two years in and around Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
we would like to think that we are the best possible result of all influences merging together to form something completely atypical of anything out today while still remaining quite palatable to any sort of listener.
the band is: Stephan-lead vocals, bass and guitar. Jon-back-ups, bass and guitar. Paul-lead vocals, back-ups and keyboards. Matt-drums and percussion.

Why this name?
it is portuguese for hummingbird. pretty and unusual. although it is hard to spell sometimes, it does seem to stick with people.
