I'm From Portland Oregon where I feel the culture is somewhat reflected in my music. I have very liberal views on most everything and a pretty laid back attitude. Some of my music is violent, some of it is blasphemous. Some of it is introspective, and most of it (or at least I hope) is good. I like to use gritty sounding beats makes some of my own that you can sample on this page.
Why this name?
because I Slay All Very Ignorant Old Republicans is too wordy for a cd cover.
Do you play live?
I like to play live as much as I can. I like making eye contact with people in the crowd and I like being able to show I can actually rap.

Probably my most memorable moment was at my first show when I was 15 or 16 with my buddy KooWip. Between songs at one point we shouted out "Murphy Lee f***ing sucks." which too our surprise got a "You Suck." in response. What Murphy Lee was doing at the Loveland Theatre in Portland Oregon I'll never know.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's good and bad. It's cool being able to hear much more music, but the downfall is that things like tracklisting and cover art (parts of an album artists do in fact work hard on) get kinda shitted on. Also I feel it makes people less likely to really get everything out of the album they come because you don't have that mind set of "I better like this" that you get wihen you buy a cd.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'd sign a major deal if I knew I would be promoted properly and fans would get a better chance to hear my music then they have now.
Your influences?
Jedi Mind Tricks, Army of the Pharaohs, ILL BILL, Brother Ali, DJ Premier, Sandpeople, Sabac Red, DZK, Eminem, W-Tang Clan, Jay-Z, Bob Dole (love you Kelly)
