Kanang Kamay began July 2005 as a collaboration project of inspired musicians
with the desire to make great music and to have fun. Surprisingly,
KK's members came from a 3 different band groups, each having its own
style, excellence and fan base:

Kedal Yabut (Bass) and Rolando Ros (Vocal & Guitar) of Tweegy band from Queens, NY
known for their jaw dropping translation of cover songs whose fan base
are often seen at the " Perlas Ng Silangan" Queens, New York in a weekly basis.

On the other hand, Rommel Kabigting (Bassist) of The Inu band from Bergenfield, NJ
whose original songs are inspired by a pop-rock-punk band whose fan
base are regular attendees of pinoy rock band scene and pinoy concerts.
They’re often seen at the The C-Note, The Knitting Factory and Tribeca Rock Club.

Finally, last but not least Marc Lasamana (Drum) and San Anthonio Salvatore (Guitar)
High Fly Meat from Yonkers, NY a garage cover band that has Heavy Metal influences.
Who mainly astonishes and creates a frenzy on a fan base that composes of Roaches and bed bugs on their basement.

To date, Kanang Kamay is active on live performances and in the
process of completing a demo recording of their 4 original songs and
still writing new songs for future performances.
