Why this name?
I've lived in France for a few winters, and love the French, and bof! means "yeah...it's ok"
Do you play live?
Not played live yet, but am trying to brainstorm how to present my stuff live with minimum hassle and maximum impact!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well it for starters, helps people discover different types of music.

Band History:
bof! creator Ed, has been in many bands since learning to play drums at age 8, bof! has created music since about 1998. Also play a bit of guitar, harmonica, and some basic keyboards.
No gigs as yet, but mulling it over!

Your influences?
I guess bof! is like a mix of moloko, daft punk, cassius, kraftwerk, beck, with some serious 80s influences going on. My musical hero is Zappa, so that influence may rub off somewhere on the bottom of bof!'s shoe.

San Fran / Cape Town / The French Alps
