There are three different licenses.
Non Exclusive Licensing, is for non-commercial use only and is licensed AS IS on the website. Multiple people may license under Basic licensing as it is for demo use only. These beats can be used on multiple projects, such as mixtapes, demos, websites, albums, and other projects, but must contact me for expressed written approval if preparing to do major sales.
Exclusive Licensing, allows you to use the beat for demo, mixtape, album, website, video, performances, and other music projects. I will remove the beat from the website under Exclusive Licensing. Rearranging of the beat you choose on the site (e.g. time, bpm, bars, etc.) can also be done for an extra $20 with Exclusive Licensing, but the beat and melody will be maintained in the track. Meaning, I will not change an entire portion of the song to which the song itself changes. (Prices start at $250.00 but are negotiable)
Custom Licensing costs vary per beat and start roughly at $325. Custom beats are created from scratch and worked with the artist interested in licensing. The beat will be your exclusive only, and will not be posted on the website. Please provide specifics to custom beats. Custom beats are licensed not bought, although contract will allow you full rights to use the beat as you need.
All copyrights remain under my possession and ownership, but if you purchase exclusive rights, you may do what you wish with the beat (aside from selling it as your own beat), and no one else will have ability to own it.
