Hi, check out my songs....thanks..
Why this name?
It's my name!
Do you play live?
Yup, usually as a sessionist for various variety bands in the Bulacan area.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
People have more access to a diverse selection of music, and as a form of communication between bands and their followers. Music that would otherwise be inaccesible to us commoners is now just a mouse-click away...
Band History:
I started playing guitar way back in 1994. Took some lessons from Mr. Jun Ocampo in Pasig after seeing a poster of Eddie Van Halen. Bought my first electric guitar circa 1997 from Recto. Don't have it anymore, though (thank god)...still practicing these days.
Your influences?
Right now I'm into METAL! As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, In Flames, Nightwish...also Adagio, Buckethead (he's so weird), Mattias Enklundh, Ron Thal, John Petrucci, Vai & Satriani (syempre!), pinoy shredders at soundclick.com and elsewhere, Symphony X, Paul Gilbert and Racer X, U2, etc...I also like Van Halen and a host of other 80's bands...
Equipment used:
Parker P-42, Epiphone Flying V, Jem 555, Aria Pro hollowbody, Boss GT-6 for everything else(live gigs to recording), a Pod XT Live (haven't gotten a chance to use it for recording though)
