BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE: IF YOU LISTEN TO MUSIC, SIGN OUR MESSAGE BOARD AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. WE KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE.
OK.
Domingo... when you hear the word, only two things should come to mind, regardless of race, creed, or gender: "good music" and "man, I WANT them". On our new album "Everything Is Perfect", we basically took our old sound, sped it up by about 30 BPM, and made it rock harder. So listen, enjoy and love.

Why this name?
Domingo's roots lie in a Sunday afternoon tradition of writing and recording songs at Matt's house. Domingo means "Sunday" in Spanish. Thursdays would have been better for all of us, but the name was already taken.
Do you play live?
yes, anywhere, we love it, and the best thing ever is when people sing your songs back at you
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Hopefully it will cut the price of CDs down to a reasonable price again... most of the money goes to people who had nothing to do w/ the music at this point.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.
Band History:
Domingo started off as something to do on Sunday afternoons (hence the name) for Dan Lynch and Matt Harmon. At first they would write songs piece by piece while recording them, lyrics, melody and all (which, in retrospect, was a pretty bad way to write music), but then convention got the better of them and they recruited a full band, Matt on guitar and vocals, Dan on guitar, longtime friend Jeff Bucchianeri on drums, and longtime brother Billy Harmon on bass. They made an album, played shows, went to college, came home, made another album, played shows, went back to college, etc. But now, they have decided that life is pretty much a waste of time if you aren't a rock star, so they have just finished a 3rd album (Everything Is Perfect), and... (to be continued)
Your influences?
The problem is, we take a lot of influences and then only use them for small things... Dan will write a guitar part that sounds like the lovechild of the Goo Goo dolls and Thursday, while Matt likes to sprinkle Ben Folds in with Glassjaw. Is that pretentious enough? Good.
Favorite spot?
Either Anchorage, Alaska, or anywhere in the Carribean, and technically we've never been to either of those places
Equipment used:
Carvin, Schecter, and Yamaha guitars and basses, Tama drums, whatever other stuff we can get out hands on.
