Band History:
BloodSexDrive was created in 2001 by Square1, Ratprick, and Matt "The Bastard" Kenealy. The recording of their debut album "A fraction of one", a movie-themed concept album, was started immediately. The albums lyrics are based on a short thriller/horror story written by Square 1. Each song on the album reflects a section of the story and all vocalists on the album sing from a certain characters perspective. While the songs are strong enough to stand on their own, when the album is listened to in its entirety it will tell a rather twisted tale.

As "A fraction of one" progressed they decided they needed something to keep their fans happy. So the "Pull the stitches from my eyes (remix ep)" was started. This cd contained "Pull the stitches from my eyes (album version)", three remixes of the song, and two tracks that will not be released on the "A fraction of one" album. It was released in March of 2003.

Shortly after the release of the ep the band was struck with an illness named Josh Schall. No pill will kill this ill, but at least he can write music.

In the May of 2003, Square 1 (Dan Abernathy) passed away. Much of his music will be available under the name Square 1 on Soundclick.com and other websites. There is not a single song on "A fraction of one" that he did not contribute to.

In November of 2004, "A fraction of one" was released.
