Hey there yall!! WelCome to Silver Butterflyz page!! Our band consists of us two girls...June & Stephanie.
Why this name?
It was the summer of 2002 when we found out that we both loved to sing. So we sat all night trying to come up with names for us... It was about 3 in the morning...then we started thinking about things that we like. Since I love the color Silver...we chose that. THen she loves Butterflyz...and so...TAhDAh... We finally got our name: SILVER BUTTERFLYZ!!
Do you play live?
We don't play live...but we sing live. We have experience performing live...but we don't actually have a band. We have a composer who composes songs for us.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes it does!! It helps the people who dreams to be a star...get the chance to experience a little star moment. And then you never know, they may be discovered someday!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
OH HECK YEAH!!!! That's one of my dreams and goals...BUT only TIME will TELL!!!
Your influences?
Me and my half sister's musical influences are K-pop, J-pop, and American music. We are more into motown r&b.
Favorite spot?
Los Angeles and Honolulu
