I've been a DJ for as long as I can remember and started at the ripe old age of 14. I got into this game when I helped a m8 while he was working on local hospital radio and soon I was running my own show called 'Anything Goes' which kinda sums up my playing style these days.
My favourite genres are house & trance but I like anything that helps me take you on a Magik-AL, Mystik-AL, Muzik-AL journey.

Why this name?

In the words of singer/songwriter Paul Simon, 'You Can Call Me AL' and I like music. Nuff Said!

Do you play live?

I have my own mobile rig and play around the UK every week. I enjoy not knowing from gig to gig what I'm gonna play and who I'm gonna play it to.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

Spreads the world of music further.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

On consideration but I like being my own boss! Of course, if the money is right, everything's negotiable...

Favorite spot?

St. Tropez, France. I lived and worked there for 3 years and hope to return one day when I've not got so many working committments over here.
