Some might say that it all started out in 2004, but for me it started out back when i was just 6 years old, and i literally fell in love with the music world. I was born in a small town in Serra, E.S Brazil. It was a really poor town, and like many Poor Places in Brazil, Music is a really good Passtime. When i was 6yrs of Age my Grandmother taught me how to play the piano a little bit. and since then i been trying my best and Learning New Things. But i didn fall in love with classical music. i fell in love with "FUNK" which is way different from the american funk. its more like a techno and house mixed with rap.
time went by, and i came to america and i started listening to American Rap, something that i have never heard before. when i was 12 years old i started By doing some freestyle rhymes at school and battling other people, but i wasnt that good at it. in 2004 we had a little youth competition and one of the tasks we had to do was to write a song or a poem about the book of Ephesians. so i wrote a rap about it and asked my boys Ramon, Thiago and John to rap it with me. and when we were presenting the rap, everyone was going wild..everyone like it. so after a couple days of thought we decided to start a little rap group. Even though people liked it we never took it too seriously. we we're only 14,13 and 12 yr old boys. as time went by, the rap group didn exist anymore, and i started making "Secular"( Non-Gospel) Rap. even made a little mixtape. But i think God really didnt want me to do it, Because it was the WORST thing I HAVE EVER HEARD. It was litterally GARBAGE. i started going to church more often and getting in touch with God, and all of a sudden i was writting songs, that i never thought i would. and until now he is still blessing me this way, by being the MAIN Inspiration for my music. in 2005 i dropped a homemade mixtape which i give to people for free, since the beats that i use are from other songs and all. But God has been blessing me so much lately that he gave me my a production company in which Me and my boy Thiago Produce the Beats for My next Mixtape. and i also put my boys John and Ramon as Collab Rappers and pretty soon we coming out with MC MEL, a really good song writter, and blessed by lord the almighty.
