Crowns Down was originally going to be the name of a festival that some of the guys in the band were putting together and promoting. After the manager of "Jars of Clay" said that it would be a great band name, we made it our own.

We have had the opportunity to play in great venues throughout most of the midwest. We love to put on a show! We have a blast on stage and in return, our fans have a blast too.

If we make it big, we just want to stay busy, support our families, and have fun! We will soak up every second of it.

The internet opens up doors for bands like us to be heard throughout the world; ones that otherwise would go unheard. It helps bands on our level, but could hurt bands that are on a higher level.

It would have to be the right one. We've already signed once, and it wasn't all that it was made out to be.

Our musical influences cover a large range of music. We enjoy anything from Frank Sinatra to Billy Joel, to the Beatles, to Collestive Soul, to Metallica, but we love alternative rock.

Everyone's favorite city or spot on the earth varies from each person. But L.A and NYC would definatley be two of them.

Our equipment is made up of Mapex drums with Paiste symbols, Fender, Ernie Ball, and Les Paul guitars with Crate and Mesa Boogie Amps, and Kertzweil for the keys.
