In the late 80's/early 90's, Rosetta Stone was one of the most popular rock bands in the Mid-Hudson Valley in New York. They were voted the Number One band in the area two years in a row by MusicMachine Magazine.

The name was suggested by a friend of a band member. It stuck.
Do you play live?
Unfortunately, Rosetta Stone is no longer together. Due to job cut-backs in the area, everyone has moved to different parts of the country.

Rosetta Stone welcomes comments about their music. Although they are no longer together, they stay in close contact and still are the best of friends.
