I have many personalities. This is one of them.
Why this name?
It's a long story that involves youthful ingestion of controlled substances.
Do you play live?
I play out from time to time as I can, but not as a solo artist. I have played in various bands, most notably Something Crystal (www.somethingcrystal.com). Recently I recorded with Finding Stella (www.findingstella.com), and had the honor of sharing the stage with them in Palm Springs.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it has led to an increasing fragmentation of genres. I think that soon every single piece of music will have its own genre, and by then the term "Genre" will be irrelevant.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends. I already have a life.
Band History:
I've been doing my own thing for not very long. I like it.
Your influences?
Jeez. Lots. All the late 60's/70's great guitar players, Page/Clapton/Hendrix/Beck et al. Robin Trower. Dave Gilmour. The Beatles. Others like Dave Navarro. Warren DeMartini. George Lynch. Tom Morello. Non-guitar players like Frank Sinatra. Chris Cornell. Thelonius Monk.
Favorite spot?
Lipstick City.
Anything else...?
I am more influenced by my peers lately. Crystal Dykstra. KeBiL. CKerns. legbasonic macrophonic. Mayor McCheese2k. Mud Shrimp Moe. Et al.
