*All tracks are sent via YouSendIt.com or USPS Priority on a data CD-ROM in .WAV format. All sale details are covered by contract to protect the rights of both myself and the artist.
*Additionally, tracks can be downloaded in full within 48 hours of receiving payment through YouSendIt for a processing fee of $10.00 USD.
*All prices are in US Dollars.
*Songs that have been sold are not available for download, leasing, or any other type of purchase.
*All agreements on pricing
and contracts are made before any payment is sent.

Non-commercial use ~
*To download the track, click on MP3 next to the song title.
*Leases, semi-exclusives or exclusives are needed for official use of any track.

Non-exclusive lease ~
You have the rights to use the track(s) commercially for 4000 units on a non-exclusive basis. No royalties are owed to me on a lease.
$25.00 ~ Single lease for 4000 units, tracking out is not included
$50.00 ~ Single lease for 4000 units, tracking out is included
$25.00 ~ Lease an additional 4000 units of the same track, up to 16000 units
$100 ~ Lease 5 seperate tracks for 4000 units each. Tracking out at $20 per beat if needed.
$200 ~ Lease 12 seperate tracks for 4000 units each. Tracking out at $15 per beat if needed.

Semi-exclusive lease ~
You have the rights to use the track(s) commercially for 50000 units on a non-exclusive basis. Royalties charged at a 2.5 point rate. No royalties are owed prior to 12000 sales.
$100.00 for 1 track
$175.00 for 2 tracks
$225.00 for 3 tracks

Full exclusive rights ~
You have the rights to use the track(s) commercially for an unlimited number of units. No one else can download, lease, or purchase the track. Royalties charged at a 4 point rate. No royalties are owed prior to 12000 sales.

Custom made tracks ~
The track will be made to fit what you are looking for. Negotiable down payment owed up front, but prompt payment is owed upon completion. Contact me for more details. Custom work generally takes between 24 and 48 hours for the first draft.
