My Band is an One Man Instrumental Rock Band focusing on the Solo Guitar part. However, I have recorded some songs for different music genres. The Backing track is usually programmed by using a sequencer application. The materials are mostly in Demo version, there has been so serious attempt to record it professionally until some serious listener suggest.
Why this name?
It's the old name that I have planned when I was a teenager.
Do you play live?
Some times during some ocassion in my current firm/employer.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes, definitely
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If my music sell and it does not create too much hassle, why not?
Band History:
I started playing Guitar since I was 14th. Started with Classic guitar. I got my first electric guitar when I was 16th. It was a cheap one. Then I played some gigs with some close friends. They were fun. We played different kind of music, mostly Pop/Rock. Now all my band-mate have gone pursuing their career/life goals. I'm the only one with the passion of music still remains. Here I am, playing on my single mand band with my programmed backing track.
Your influences?
Ritchie Blackmore and Deep Purple. Mark Knopfler from Dire Straits are the best guitarists that I could see so far.
Favorite spot?
Denpasar, Bali, my hometown. And San Fransisco, California
Equipment used:
BOSS BR-1180 and TASCAM PS-5. For serious arrangement, I use Sonar 3 Producer Edition
