Super Lyrical and Flowing Skills first collaborated on the historic "Time Will Shape", and fostered a strong musical relationship ever since. They have most recently collaborated on FS' "Forgotten Pages" album, a track called "Primal Fear", which also features Jadox The Black Spider. There has been long discussion about an SL/FS album, and today, that discussion has reached reality. "The Lyrical Skills Project", which has blossomed into a full-blown Repeat Offenders/Flowing Skills endeavor, should have something for all types of hip hop fans to truly enjoy, and, most importantly, it will be an album that stays true to the artform.
Why this name?
SL: "Seemed easy enough - FS asked for an idea, and I figured a mix of our names would be best. Add in the fact that it's a true project for us, and there you have it."
FS: I brainstormed ideas and came up with names like "The Hearty Gumdrops", "The Pampered Pastries", and "The Goulish Gremelhobbs". I realized they didnt quite cut it, so I put it in the hands of SL.

Do you play live?
We want to be able to get together and rip a show some day.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
SL: "without the internet, we would have never even met, much less perform on the same tracks together."
