I play live around NY State including bars, and small clubs. Also played some shows out in Michigan. The very first time I stepped on stage, it was the biggest rush and best feeling I've ever experienced.

Ryan Coughlin was born in Syracuse, NY and has lived in Auburn for the entire span of his life. At the age of 7, Ryan began taking guitar lessons from a local music store and of course, started writing his own songs soon there after. He started some bands and began playing out by the age of 14 and he’s been doing his thing ever since. At the age of 15 years old Ryan entered the studio for the first time and recorded a 14 track LP entitled: “…touched” over the course of the next year. Along with writing and arranging all of the original songs, he also performed every one himself: recording the guitar, bass, drum, piano, harmonica, vocal and harmony parts. After that he began promoting himself by playing around Auburn and the surrounding areas with just a guitar in his hand and it wasn’t long before pressure came along for some more material from the singer/songwriter. He entered the studio for a second time in the Spring of 2004 and recorded what was called the “Spring Break EP”. This 5 track disc contained 4 more original songs and one cover song as well. Once again it was time to promote. Ryan was still playing out, and still getting recognition on soundclick.com with all of his seven songs on the site reaching the top ten of each genre they were categorized under. Ryan then starting contacting and dealing with key people in the entertainment industry. It has begun…
