Once payment clears your beat(s) and contract will be emailed to you within 72 hours. If you would like your beat(s) and contract physically mailed to you, you must request this, otherwise they will only be emailed to you. See the Shipping Information section below for delivery times. Customized Beats (start at $400): An initial, non-refundable deposit of at least $200 is required to guarantee that you are serious about your request. Final cost will be negotiated, depending on the amount of work put in, but will be no less than $400 total. Upon final payment, the beat becomes yours on an exclusive basis as a "work made for hire" and will never be posted by Tyrannical Productions or any of its affiliates. Non-Exclusive License/Lease ($20): You can press up to 2,000 CDs or sell up to 2,000 internet downloads with a song using the licensed beat. Track separation service can be also purchased additionally for $35. Contact thebiazed@gmail.com for track separation requests.

Right of First Refusal ($20): Requires prior or current purchase of license. If at any time someone else tries to purchase exclusive rights to a beat you have leased, Tyrannical Productions will contact you with an opportunity to purchase or bid for the exclusive rights first at an equal or greater price (minus the amount you already paid for your lease). You will be given three days to respond. If you do not respond within three days, the beat will be sold to the other bidder. You can order the Right of First Refusal option any time (as long as the beat hasn't been sold exclusively yet) by clicking here. Leases are sold frequently, so if you are concerned that a beat you purchase a lease for will later be bought by someone else, it is highly encouraged that you purchase this service at the same time you purchase a lease. Exclusive License (starts at $100): Beat becomes exclusively yours on an unlimited basis and the beat is no longer licensed to anyone else. Track separation service can be also purchased additionally for $35. Contact thebiazed@gmail.com for track separation requests.

Track Separation ($35): Requires prior or current purchase of license. Click here, type in the name(s) of the beat(s) you want, update the quantity, and follow the instructions from there. If you are paying directly through PayPal, send $35 (per beat) to thebiazed@gmail.com as you are purchasing your beat, or within 24 hours after you purchase your beat(s). Please indicate in your order for which beat you are purchasing track separation. You must purchase a lease/license before or while you purchase Track Separation service.

What is Track Separation?: Rather than just sending you the beat as a whole, each instrument/sound (snare, kick, bass, etc) is also separated into its own file, usually about 4 minutes long, depending on the beat, and then all the separated tracks are placed into into a .zip or .rar folder and emailed to you. Additionally, short, loopable versions of each instrument will be included, for easy placement into ProTools, Cubase, Acid, Fruity Loops, etc. This way, you may customize the beat and mix to fit your vocals perfectly rather than rely on the standard beat layout and mix provided by Tyrannical Productions. Track separation service can be purchased additionally for $35. Please note that due to the sheer number of sounds and varying riffs used in certain beats, this folder can be very large, sometimes even up to a gigabyte (GB) or more.

Need Your Songs Mixed? - Tyrannical Productions offers affordable, high-quality mixing services. The turnaround time depends on the amount of work required, but the average turnaround time is approximately three business days per song. Rough mixes will be delivered to you electronically in MP3 format. Final mixes will be delivered to you electronically as MP3 and also as WAV, 16 bit, 44.1Khz.
