ORDERING INFORMATION

Accepted methods of payment are PayPal & Western Union.

Customized Beats ($400 & up): An initial, non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to guarantee that you are serious about your request. Final cost will be negotiated, depending on the amount of work put in, but will be no less than $400 total. Upon final payment, the beat becomes yours on an exclusive basis as a "work made for hire" & will never be posted anywhere by Tyrannical Productions or any of its affiliates. Exclusive License ($100 & up): Beat becomes exclusively yours on an unlimited basis & the beat is no longer licensed to anyone else. A non-downloadable copy of the beat may be still displayed by Tyrannical Productions. Track Separation may also be purchased at additional cost. Non-Exclusive License/Lease ($20): You can press up to 2,000 CDs or sell up to 2,000 internet downloads with a song using the licensed beat. Additional services, like Track Separation & Right of First Refusal, may also be purchased at additional cost. Once payment clears your beat(s) & contract will be emailed to you within 72 hours.

Right of First Refusal ($20): If someone else tries to purchase exclusive rights to a beat you have leased, Tyrannical Productions will contact you with an opportunity to purchase or bid for the exclusive rights first at an equal or greater price. You will be given 72 hours to respond. If you do not respond within 72 hours, the beat will automatically be sold to the other bidder. You can purchase Right of First Refusal at any time for a beat you are leasing (as long as the beat has not yet been sold exclusively). Leases are sold frequently, so it is highly encouraged to purchase this service when purchasing a lease. Once payment clears your contract will be emailed to you within 72 hours.

Track Separation ($35): In addition to sending you the beat as a whole, each instrument/sound (snare, kick, bass, etc) is also separated into its own file, so you may customize the beat to your liking. Additionally, loopable versions of each instrument/sound will be included, for easy placement into ProTools, Cubase, Acid, Fruity Loops, etc. Please note that this service may not be available for certain beats. Once payment clears your beat(s) will be emailed to you within 72 hours.

PROFESSIONAL MIXING SERVICES

Mixing - Tyrannical Productions offers affordable, high-quality mixing services. The turnaround time depends on the amount of work required, but the average turnaround time is approximately three business days per song. Rough mixes will be delivered to you electronically in MP3 format. Final mixes will be delivered to you electronically as MP3 & also as WAV, 16 or 24 bit, 44.1Khz.
