play lo-fi play hi-fi  The March (Rough Mix)
We are indie/electronic dance, however we do not use five synthesizers live, nor are we synth pop, nor are we programming freaks. We have guitar, bass, keys, and drums live. The lineup has changed and every sound you hear is played live.
Why this name?
One of those postal service over the internet sort of communication to create the first demos. A metronome was needed to keep time on sound recorder until we discovered cubase and other studio software.
Do you play live?
We play in our garage, it's fun.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps spread the word, especially to kids into the scene and our type of music (hardcore, indie, rock).
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Maybe, we're all still young.
Band History:
We had an old lineup, mostly a self project but became a full band thing. We plan on recording a demo soon in studio and then touring around for the summer.
Your influences?
ABBA, The Bee Gees, Dogs Die in Hot Cars, Donna Summer, James Chance and the Contortions, Moving Units, The Rapture, Television, XTC
Favorite spot?
Hollywood to play.
Equipment used:
Haha, not even close. The most we do is around 100watt amps and a shure mic with a mixer for demos. We use Vegas studio to record for now.
