Welcome to my music site. Thank you for visiting!

The songs in my playlist fall into 6 categories:

I.
Those with my college photo were recorded just 4 months before a diving incident that left me permanently paralyzed from the shoulders down. Thankfully, I had previously made an effort to record my songs as they were written through the years. These on this site were recorded with either a solo instrument or using my church's Tascam 8 track reel to reel. I'd sing the song in my head and play and record the drums on 4 tracks then mix that down to one. On the remaining tracks I would play and record piano, guitar, bass, percussion, and finally vocals. While these songs are not professionally written or recorded, they mean a great deal to me so I've included them with my collection. Their message is still sincere.

II.
Those with the beach icon are from HE IS THERE, a more recent cd I produced and recorded in my home studio. I now use a Macintosh computer, MOTU's Digital Performer (for scoring and sequencing), and a variety of samplers and sound modules to create my tracks.

III.
Those with a rainbow (or other) icon were also produced and recorded here in my studio. I'm in the process of releasing another cd but decided to go ahead and put my music catalog on the internet for free download. My paralysis prevents me from touring and I was never in it for the money anyway.

IV.
Those with the sunset icon are from NEVER BE THE SAME (produced by Ken Sarkey), a cassette I released several years after my paralysis. It was thrilling to hear my songs come alive in the hands of professional musicians. The songs were written after I'd received some training about song structure and the craft of lyric writing. I was fortunate to meet and work with some talented writers out of Nashville via phone & postal mail (before the advent of the internet) .

V.
There are also a few of my lyrics put to music and recorded by other artists who have allowed me to offer them here free of charge. "America, Honor God" is sung by my friend Kervyn Smith. I wrote the song but didn't have the vocal range to sing it.

VI.
I've uploaded accompaniment tracks for some songs for you to use if you should feel so inclined. My only condition is that you never do so for profit.

Thank you for your interest in my music.
Simply sign up as a listener and you can freely download the songs
and burn them to a CD.
Please do not sell them.

May GOD receive all glory, honor, and praise!
