Ethnic is short for ethnicity, being that I am of Filipino heritage. Descent is stating that i am a descendant of my ethnicity, so when you hear Ethnic Descent it's really saying of Filipino origin or Filipino descent.

Yes I play live, I've played for numerous clubs and cultural events, but I'm open to anything else that may help in promoting the music.

It provides a way to be heard, it may not be what everyone likes, but it's a mode of promotion that's utilized.
