Hey whats up? I am Andrew Behringer and this is my first attempt to post music of mine on the web. Right now there is just one song and I just want to see if anyone thinks it is any good. I am playing all the different guitar and bass parts and I did all of the lyric writing and singing...pretty much everything except the drums. Some of my lyrics might sound cheesey but they are very personal and every word has special meaning to important phases in my life. I didn't just rhyme words to make them fit, I chose to use a rhyming structure and decided on what words truly expressed how I feel on certain issues. Just leave a message of what you think. Thanks
Why this name?
I am not currently in a band, but I would like to be.
Do you play live?
I performed a classical guitar piece once at a ballet recital..haha..I know it sounds pansy but it was at the IU Musical Arts Center..which is the largest stage in the country..thats right it is even bigger then the Metropolitan..I did very well and I still have my classical guitar but I haven't used it in a while.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it is beneficial to those who want to be heard by a wider audience and it is overall a good thing. I think that sales for musicians are still good enough that it shouldn't be a main concern of record companies. Besides, it should be about the music not the money.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yeah
Band History:
I have been playing off and on for 5 years..the only reason off and on was cause my electric guitar was broken in a way that I didnt notice and it just frustrated me for like a year and then I realized the stupid tuning lock things were janked up so I sold it and got a new one and have been playing constantly ever since.
Your influences?
I like tons of different types of music. I am just now getting into Jazz and Blues (although I have been a fan of Blues Rock for quite some time).

Some of my favorite artists are: Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, David Bowie, The Beatles, Nirvana, The Flaming Lips, Green Day, The Mars Volta, The Shins, Everclear, The Ramones, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Modest Mouse, Interpol, The Strokes, Cake, The Arcade Fire, Pearl Jam, The Killers, The Misfits, Queen, Radiohead, Death Cab for Cutie, Postal Service, Beck, The Rolling Stones, The Sex Pistols, The Clash, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, The Who, AC/DC, Dave Matthews Band, Weezer, My Chemical Romance, The White Stripes, and The Pixies
Favorite spot?
Well I really like Bloomington, IN which is where I live..the music scene is great..but I also enjoyed Chicago immensley when I traveled there. I am dying to go to NYC sometime I really like big cities.
