Why this name?
"Season" was named in Novemeber 1998 after an ASH song of the Trailer EP. The lads had their first gig booked for December 14th, which happened to be Matt's Birthday. So they needed a name, they call themselves "FLIRT" for a while but thought that would not fit. One day Matt and Simon (former FLIRT guitarist) were walking around the college.
Matt was searching his backpack for his ASH CD, the first song off it is called Season, they liked the name and the writing and kinda stole it from there.
They all agreed to name and suddenly Season was born.
