New Life Quartet was formed in 1980 as a Southern Gospel Quartet. We are located in Loveland Colorado and have performed at hundreds of venues, mostly along the "Front Range" of Colorado (Eastern side of the Rocky Mountains). We are accompanied by piano on most numbers, with occasional use of banjo, drums, and flute. We do this outside of our regular jobs as our ministry to the Christian community.

Members of the New Life Quartet (left to right in the picture) are:
Bill Stratton - Baritone - since 1980
Mike Sheppard - Bass - since 1983
Mickey Leonard - 2nd Tenor - since 2007
Brian Chambers - 1st Tenor - since 1980
Not pictured: Angel Street - Piano - since 1980
Why this name?
Our tag line says it well: "Expressing God's love through gospel music because of our New Life in Christ"
Do you play live?
Yes, every opportunity we get! We have provided music for church and civic groups in gatherings as small as 6 people and as many as 50,000.

Here's a (FaceBook) video of us at the Rocky Mountain Quartet Convention in March 2009, singing "He Touched Me". This song will be on our next CD.

We were privileged to perform the National Anthem at Coors Field in Denver for a Colorado Rockies game.

We have done two concerts at the Rialto Theater in Loveland and were pleased to almost sell out both times.

We are available to do a few songs or a full concert.
Your influences?
Good ol' Southern Gospel Quartet music is what we love to do. Our music is 4 part vocal harmony, singing a blend of new and old arrangements of Gospel songs and hymns.
Anything else...?
As a group we support a child through Compassion (www.compassion.com). Sales of our music help us do this. If you would like to purchase our CDs or DVD, please drop us an email using the "contact this artist" link on this page.
