Jamie Winpenny and ex COUNTRY TRUCKer's Sam Nelson, Selika Drake and Chuck Allen re-form (with the help of Chris "Guido the Guinea") as Mama Zang, playing original dittys composed by all members of this talented troupe. Combining elements of rock, ska, jazz, blues, country and Hawaiian music into a blend of musical kim chee with an order of macaroni salad on the side.
Why this name?
It's in honor of mamas and Zangs everywhere

Gigs throughout the Aloha state. Notably semi-regular gigs at O'Toole's (downtown Honolulu) and Anna Bannanas (Moilili / Honolulu).
