Greetings and salutations in the name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ! My name is Jennifer Sides and I am a 37 year old singer / songwriter from Palestine, Texas. I long to write songs that will touch the hearts and souls of all who hear this music that the Lord has blessed me with. This CD, "Songs of Praise" is mostly made up of contemporary praise and worship songs for the church. Thank you for showing interest in this music and be blessed!

Do you play live?

I play when and wherever the Lord leads me. I had fun singing in the Christian bookstore. One place that is very interesting is the prisons. They are all special moments.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think the internet is the best tool for an independant musician to be noticed for the God given talents they have been blessed with.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I am an indie for life. The desire I have is to be a songwriter and have someone else do the performing and entertaining. Most of all that these songs be heard and sung in church services all over the world.

Band History:

My CD, "Songs of Praise" was released in January 2002. More releases are on the way. My CD, Mama's Grace" was released April 21, 2004.

Your influences?

Steven Curtis Chapman is my all time favorite Christian artist. I like the words he expresses, his voice and his style.

Favorite spot?

Being in the presence of God and in the presence of people who are experiencing Him as well.
