Do you play live?
I am becoming active again after taking time off to raise-up my children. Will post dates/places soon.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Sea-change.Hopefully will allow more people to get their music to active listeners, and expand their base.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If reasonably flexible, sure!
Band History:
Prior band opened for every(well not every) but dang near all top country artists; Alan Jackson, George Jones, Ricky Scaggs, Sawyer Brown, Exile,etc.,...
and have had the pleasure of playing with some of the top rockers.
The artists I played with in Baton Rouge,LA, were simply astounding in their varied abilities and kindness. Thanks to them and to all who have helped me in my musical adventure(including my violin teacher,Mr. Harry L Hansen).

Singer songwriters such as; Crosby,Stills,Nash and Young, James Taylor, Beatles,Rolling Stones, Radio Head. Guitarists like Chet Atkins, Wes Montgomery,Les Paul.Fiddle players like Bobby Hicks and Tommy Jackson.

The songs I have posted here were made using
Line6 GuitarPort/RiffTracker. I will continue to
use that for song sketches. I am setting up my home studio and have chosen Yamaha's 01x, having always had good results with their equipment.
Cubase SX3,Reason3 and QL/EW Silver orchestra.
Lipinsky mic-pre is next along with ADKmics.
This will keep me off the streets for a bit.
Am preparing the other musicians to blow the walls off some venues. If you read this far,thanks. Good things for you & yours!
