SoundClick artist: Mista chriS - acid trance funky tech blues breakbeat drum&bass chillout

I am a one man band originally born in London but have now moved to Portugal to enjoy the good life, I play many instruments including Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Drums and Blues Harmonica I also sing but have mostly written instrumental stuff of late but am looking forward to stretching my vocal chords in the near future !

Why this name?

The name Mista chriS is a play on words the Chris bit is obvious its my name but the Mista comes from Portuguese it means mixed.

Do you play live?

During the summer I like to play a live set at outdoor parties

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think it's great as it gives unsigned talent the chance to be heard and maybe discovered.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Band History:

I have been playing in rock style bands for some years now, but took an interest in computerised sequencing a few years ago and really enjoy the Dance seen in and around London so enjoy writing danceable tunes for everyone to enjoy. Recently I co-wrote the musical score for a national touring theatre company production of The Buddha Of Suburbia.
