Welcome to the new home of The Mental Institution. I've been at it again, crackin' off some new beats... this is ya boy Scorpious, and you know I ain't never quittin'. (Even if some racist prick named Jason wants to ban me from a certain website simply because of the color of my skin, I am NOT QUITTIN', understand???) No, I'm not black, and because of this a lot of people been givin' ya boy static about the way I talk... well, you know what, fukk those bastards. Come to my house, get to know me in person, learn where I've been. Like Dre said, "Til then, I ain't even speakin' ya name, just keep my name outta yo' mouth and we can keep it the same."

Anyways, this is where I'm hostin' my beats until I can get my studio up and runnin' so me and my boy L.O.S. can drop the lyrics on the tracks. Just a couple'a guys representin' for Dallas Texas and the whole damn continent too!
Why this name?
Well, isn't it obvious... lol. Me and my best friend Eric came up with it because we're both crazy white boys and ICP was taken.
Do you play live?
Not yet, although I've got another boy in the biz doin' his thing and hopefully he'll pull me up with him... unless of course you want to go way back to when I played at church Christmas pagents... lol.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Hey, I say if someone wants to hear music, they should be able to listen for free. If I ever hit it big, I'm gonna give my CD's away and just charge for the concerts. 'Cause it's not about the money, it's about the music... I just want to be heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Umm... DUH!
Your influences?
Well, I grew up just outside'a Chi-town, so jazz and blues were always big influences. Gotta love Gershwin. When I was 12 my best friend introduced me to Ozzy, Nirvana, Dr. Dre and Too $hort, now I own almost every Nirvana album there is and I can't keep Nothin' But A G Thing outta my head. When I was in college a friend introduced my to Crystal Method at a party, and I got into techno and trance real heavy. So now I try to throw a little bit of everything into every beat, a little rock flavor in a beat never hurts.
Favorite spot?
Chi-town, of course.
Equipment used:
With TMI, I use mostly Fruity Loops and PowerTracks Pro Audio 9. When I'm doing my own solo stuff, as Scorpious the techno artist, I use Fruity Loops, Powertracks, a Yahama DJX-IIB sound box, an Ion/Numark dual CD turntable, and my Kurzweil SP-88 stage piano.
Anything else...?
